Subway Application Online Tips to Get Hired Fast

It takes more than merely filling out a Subway application online to have the best chance at getting hired at this successful sub shop chain. Of course, you may get lucky and be in the right place at the right time.

However, many Subway online applications take far too long to be reviewed because there are simply too many job applicants to consider, which means you need an advantage over your competition.

So, how can you get your application to the top of the file for quick consideration?

Here's a plan to not only have the best chance at getting your online Subway application reviewed, but to have the best chance to get hired as fast as possible at any restaurant chain:

1. After you figure out what type of skills and qualifications you have to match the perfect job for you, make a list of all the restaurants you would like to be considered for, including different Subway locations.

Many people fill out subway online applications hoping to land a management job with them without any college education or experience whatsoever. Be realistic. If you believe you have the potential to be in management but lack the training it's okay to start at the bottom and work your way up. During the interview, you'll be able to express this fact. Regardless, don't fill out the Subway application online just yet; the object is to let each Subway sandwich shop indicate how they want you to apply.

2. Once you have a list of places to apply to, make a plan to start visiting these restaurants on Monday and Tuesday. For example, if you have two different Subways in mind, visit them on Monday and ask to speak to the manager or owner. Sometimes, they will let you fill out an application in person instead of having to go online. Then visit the other restaurants on Tuesday. By spreading yourself to a few applications with different companies you will greatly increase your chances of getting hired quickly.

It's okay to visit several Subways because many times these sub shops are independently owned, and it's not uncommon to find yourself fade-to-face with the actual owner who can hire you on the spot!

3. After making your rounds on Monday and Tuesday and either filling out a Subway application online or in person, and filling out other restaurant applications, make sure you follow up in person within a week. Phone calls are not nearly as effective as showing up in person.
